A network with standards.
Real Shift Connect is invite-only at launch. The founding group sets the culture, the tone, and the standard for everyone who comes after.
Founding Access Only
This invitation does not stay open. Founding membership closes once the first 250 members join at launch. After that, Real Shift Connect becomes invite-only.
Free First Month
The first 250 members to join at launch become founding members, with their first month free. Join the waitlist so you're first to know when doors open.
Vetted, Not Open
Every member is reviewed before they get full access. This is not a free-for-all. The standards are the point.
Built by a Black woman who was done waiting for the right room to exist.
Real Shift Connect was built by Shawn C. Parker — digital strategist, founder of Real Shift Digital, and architect of a $250K+ digital operation built from scratch. After 30 years watching talent go unseen and connections go unmade, she built the network she always needed.
This is not a social platform. It is a professional infrastructure — a vetted community where Black women with real experience find each other, exchange real value, and move on their own terms.
