02. Eligibility
Focus & Intent
Real Shift Connect is specifically designed as a professional ecosystem for Black women. To be eligible for membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and committed to the professional excellence and collective uplift of this community. We reserve the right to verify professional credentials to maintain the integrity of our network.

All content provided by Real Shift Connect — including branding, editorial content, proprietary frameworks, and software — is the property of Real Shift Connect and protected by intellectual property laws.
Member-contributed content: You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within our ecosystem.
05. Privacy & Data
Your data privacy is a cornerstone of our trust. Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.
06. Termination
